Burberry ran an innovative campaign across Clear Channel’s LD6 network in July, in parallel with Paris, New York, LA and Hong Kong. Working exclusively in partnership with Clear Channel, Burberry showcased London throughout the Olympic period for four weeks. The striking creative featured artistic photographs of weather scenes in London and was updated four times per day.
Burberry extended the campaign through social media, uploading images of the LD6 screens onto their Facebook page, with an excellent response: thousands of comments and likes. This represents a great example of crossing boundaries and a truly global advertising campaign.
