In line with Government advice regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19), Clear Channel UK has made a number of changes to our daily operations. As a company we continue to monitor the situation closely and will update this page accordingly as changes are made.

Despite the challenges faced by our industry, as well as the communities in which we operate, we’re still committed to being A Platform for Brands and A Platform for Good.

Booking campaigns

From June 1st, Clear Channel will again be able to offer classic campaigns across Adshel and Billboards, within a number of major towns, cities and conurbations. The posting will take place well within the existing guidelines set by Government and with a number of additional safety measures in place.

Our digital estate is still operating at full capacity and is open for bookings. To reflect current audiences on the UK’s streets, we’re using a new audience indexed pricing model, matched with the latest data from Route, as to price campaigns fairly.

The roadside locations of both our digital and classic estates are particularly well placed in helping brands respond to rising traffic levels.

Across our estate, we’re offering new, more flexible terms to make planning and booking campaigns, between now and the end of August, even easier and help provide extra peace of mind.

Clients, should they require, will be able to pause, change copy and change schedules for digital campaigns  Should something change ahead of a campaign going live, clients can cancel or defer, for free, up to 14 days prior to a digital campaign and 30 days prior to a classic campaign.

If getting artwork ready is proving a challenge, we’ll help you convert from it’s existing format, into a format that works for our estate, all for free.

At present we are only able to respond to essential and emergency works, such as broken glass or damage due to road traffic accidents. Please contact our Damage Hotline if you wish to report any damage to our estate - 0800 731 369.

For both the skeleton team undertaking works currently, as well as operations teams returning in the coming weeks, we have implemented a number of strict measures in place, along with issuing additional PPE to employees, to protect the public’s health, as well as their own.
