Success Story

itison is a premium deal providing company based in Glasgow which discovers quality offers for Hotels, restaurants and events in Scotland, Glasgow and Newcastle.

Client objectives

"Our normal core business was completely decimated and we then became reactive and started a whole new business area, itison at Home. This is not our norm and because of that we became built the service by partnering with Glasgow’s best restaurants to offer at home dining. Our marketing and advertising were imperative to this this off of the ground.

Over overall experience was was very simple and efficient. Mark (Account Manager) was extremely helpful throughout every stage, from providing solutions, through to the site going live. He was on hand to answer any questions that we had, which made it easier for us to get prompt sign off and assets produced. We weren’t sure of the best location to test out this method of advertising, so it was thanks to Mark chatting us through opportunities and discussing the advantage of the space that we ended up going with.

The campaign

itison decided to use one Malls Live screen in the Glasgow Fort shopping centre to promote their new online home delivery service. "This campaign far exceeded our expectations. We created a UTM which was included in the design that was solely dedicated to this campaign.

We’re currently in the midst of planning more campaigns and offline is very much a large part of this. The success of this campaign has showed how vital it is and that’s also thanks to the expertise of Mark and the help that he has given us. We’re excited to get our new campaigns finalised so that we can get more adverts live with yourself (Clear Channel)."

The results

"We gained a 71% traffic increase during the period in which it was live. This resulted in 59 new members signing up and generated over £20,000 in revenue. Members who signed up from this campaign trigger have went on and made multiple purchases. For us, this is the biggest win as we have managed to secure repeat purchasers, who we’re able to re-target.

We are delighted with how this campaign went and what it has allowed us to achieve. In normal times this would have been exceptional, so it’s even better that it’s on the back of such a trying time for our company. The entire process was seamless and so efficient. We would work with Clear Channel again without hesitation."
