Outdoor and mobile – an idea whose time has come?

At Cannes Lions 2013, we saw amazing ideas win in outdoor and in mobile. But, unlike last year, there wasn’t much crossover. With new research from Deloitte suggesting that 36 million people in the UK now have a smartphone and that nearly 20 million people have bought something using their phones, this seems like a missed opportunity.
