Success Story

Children 1st is Scotland’s National Children’s Charity which began in 1884 and for many years were known as the RSSPCC (Royal Scottish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children). They became Children 1st in 1995. The dedicated Charity not only wants to prevent harm to children but they also want to ensure every child gets the love and nurture they deserve.

Client objectives

"The booking process was really easy. We had a few problems with It at our end and some of the digital forms didn’t come through straight away but our Account Manager and the team went out of their way to make sure we go them and we got the campaign organised quickly."

The camapign

"The panels were focused on Glasgow city centre. With limited budget we wanted to condense the spread of our adverts so they could be as impactful as possible. Better known in the east of the country, our campaign focused on encouraging fundraising event attendees in the west where we needed to grow support."

The results

"The campaign aimed to drive people to our events page on our website and we saw a 98% increase in events page views year on year during the period of the advertising campaign.

We’re already looking at our next campaign and looking to see how out of home can support as part of an integrated marketing plan."
